Here at Toucan Recycles, we truly care about our environment and we really do our very best to find a new home for every book.  To help make this work well, we carefully inventory and catalog every book we recycle.

Since 90% of the books we recycle are gifted from the faculty and staff of the Colleges and Universities we service.  It seems only reasonable that our first attempt to find a new home for our books is by offering them back to the faculty and staff of the very same Colleges and Universities.
 

We have found that while many faculty members do have an abundance of books, others do not.  Some even have offices with empty book cases just waiting for a book, any good book and these faculty are elated. 

So, this page is dedicated to making our catalog of books available to any College or University faculty or staff that may want them at no charge whatsoever.  Yes, we mean free.  We don't even expect to recover our cost to inventory, catalog, store and deliver the books if you need them, we want you to have them.*

Our inventory changes weekly as we add new books and remove books for which a home has already been found.  So, please feel free to CONTACT US anytime for a PDF list of books we currently have available.

Please let us know what GENERAL TOPICS your interested in (ie; math, science, biology, novels, anatomy, etc.).  We will produce a current list and email it back to you in PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format).  A link is provided should you require the PDF reader as well below.

• If the any book requested cannot be hand delivered during one of our regular service rounds and must be mailed, then we ask that you pay the MEDIA MAIL postage to cover the delivery only.  No other costs are passed on.
